Kabab Karaz
كباب الكرز
Hand-minced lamb in a dark sour-cherry reduction, over toasted Aleppine bread and pine nuts. The dish Aleppo is famous for.
Aleppian Cuisine · Damascus
An intimate, candle-lit table where the ancient kitchens of Halab meet Syrian fine dining. A few seats. A single, unforgettable evening.
Our Story
Aleppo is among the oldest culinary capitals on earth — a crossroads of spice routes, orchards and silk. At Alhalabi we carry that inheritance to the table: cherry kebab simmered until garnet-dark, kibbeh shaped by hand, muhammara glowing with Aleppo pepper.
Every plate is a small act of remembrance, prepared with the patience of a home kitchen and the precision of fine dining. The room is deliberately small — because hospitality, in Halab, has always been personal.
